The Japanese Konjac Sponge uses Shopify Payment to handle credit card processing. Shopify Payment is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant, which means we abide by industry regulated rules required to transact payments on our site. The Japanese Konjac Sponge uses a 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to process customer details. We also offer Paypal as another secured payment option. We do not retain any customer credit card information.

When will I get my order?
All items will be shipped from our Northern California warehouse via USPS, oftentimes the very same day or the day after it is placed unless it's holiday or weekend. We promise to get your order to your doorstep as fast as possible. The time it takes to receive your order also depends on your distance from the shipping origin. This varies between 2 to 5 business days for US orders. For International orders, it may take more time to reach your destination. Your tracking email will provide you with specific information regarding delivery time.
What does shipping cost?
Free in the USA for standard shipping. Additional shipping cost applies for Canada & International destinations.

We use USPS and sometimes UPS.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, or PayPal. If you would like to mail us a check, please call us first.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card is charged when you place your order. We follow the “Business Guide to the Mail and Telephone Order Merchandise Rule” published by the Federal Trade Commission. If you prefer to be charged when your order ships, please call us and we will manually process the transaction for you.

How do I enter the discount code?
If you have a discount code, the code can be redeemed during the checkout. On the payment page during the checkout, there will be a discount code box where you can enter the code. Click "Apply" to redeemed it.
